I lead an organization of more than 100 engineers building IoT connectivity platforms. I work with the CTO and COO on company priorities, organization design and operating decisions. With our architects, I set the engineering AI strategy and helped teams put agentic workflows and engineering harnesses into daily use. The first rollout improved productivity by up to 30%.

I led the move of Twilio IoT products and customers into KORE. We finished the critical transition two months before the contractual deadline and kept the business growing. I also introduced a modern delivery platform and improved observability, resilience and release safety.

I grew the IoT engineering organization from 15 to 25 people while the product grew 25% year over year. The platform reached 99.999% uptime, false alerts fell by 90% and recovery time improved by 50%. I also led the engineering work behind the sale of Twilio IoT to KORE.

I grew the team from 3 to 15 people and led Super SIM from idea to production. The work covered public APIs, billing, internal tools and deployment automation. It gave the business a new global connectivity product and the team a foundation it could scale.

I co founded Open Baton and led the team behind it. Telecom operators and cloud providers adopted the platform, giving us a practical way to bring NFV research into production.

I led a team of 10 researchers working on cloud computing, 5G, NFV and SDN. I taught and mentored students at bachelor, master and PhD level, published around 30 papers and presented the work at international conferences.

I built the first autoscaling engine for IMS components. That prototype became part of the technical foundation for Open Baton.

Across Twilio and KORE, I grew teams from 3 people to an organization of more than 100. The focus stayed simple: clear ownership, strong leaders and space for engineers to do their best work.

We took availability from roughly 90% to 99.999%, reduced false alerts by 90% and improved recovery time by 50%. Reliability became part of everyday product work.
